Stook was founded by Rachel and Chris, two people passionate about food and farmers. It is our mission to help support farmers financially, and reduce CO2 emissions in the UK.

Backed by Carbon13 and supported with grants from Innovate UK, Stook aims to find a home for the 4 million tonnes of farm food surplus produced each year in the UK
